Bob should have been a musician, he loved music so. He was always happy dancing and did it well. We will miss him. God be with him

Uncle Bob was & is one of my favorite Uncle's. To me he was like an Angel who walked on Earth. He was so caring, loyal, unselfish, sweet, fun & funny, very family oriented, intelligent, hardworking, thoughtful & a blessing to have as my Uncle. Thank you God for such a great Uncle to my life. He even taught me how to water-ski at young age. We all have so many great excellent memories of him from everyone that knew him. He touched many heart's.
Love,
Linda Berkau Trendle

Your great grand daughter
and Im glad she has that wonderful memory.
Uncle Bob was one of the hardest working people I have known. Every time I have seen him, he was always happy and knew how to have a good time.
There was a time when he was making Birdhouses and selling them. I said, these are beautiful Uncle Bob. Please I want to buy one. His reply was, here take this one and he refused to take my money.
I still have this Birdhouse sitting in my office that he had made. He will be remembered to me as a kind, generous and talented person that truly enjoyed those around him.
Our hearts are broken! We have so many fond memories with Bob and Charlene! From snowmobiling in the country to swimming in the pool on Rochester road! I remember when Bob picked Kathie up and threw her in the pool! She was three and didn't know how to swim! He told her "if you come to my pool you better swim!" By the end of the day she was swimming like a fish! So, thank you Bob for teaching Kathie how to swim and scaring me ! No one can ever say that he didn't have a good life! He lived every day to the fullest and saw so much of this country! We are all going to miss him, but one day we will all meet again! God bless his wonderful wife and children! We love you all! Donnie and Margie
