Edward Dean Francis' Obituary
Edward Dean Francis, 78, of Port Richey passed away on April 19, 2023. He was born November 4, 1944 in Columbus Ohio to the late Cyrus and Myrtle Francis. Edward was a graduate of The Ohio State University, and was a life long Band Director, teaching at Hudson High School, River Ridge, Gulf Jr. High, Gulf High School, and Allen East in Lima, Ohio. Over the years he impacted the lives of countless students.
He is preceded in death by his parents Myrtle and Cyrus, brother James Arthur Francis, infant brother Jackie Glenn Francis; infant sister Barbara Sue Francis, sister Myrtle Marie Francis, and brother-in-law Darby Robert Corwin.
He is survived by sister Judith Mae Corwin, sister-in-law Linda Lee Francis, and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at Gulfview Grace Church.
