Charlie’s leadership and friendship while working together at Town of Newburgh PD, was truly inspiring and enhanced by his devotion to helping others. I especially recall his buying and delivering a Thanksgiving dinner to a family in need, only to learn they had no stove to cook with, so he went and bought a stove too. That epitomized Charlie’s life.
We will miss Charlie and pray for peace and understanding for Linda and the family.
