Our most sincere condolences to the Camaano family, on behalf of my family and myself. I had the good fortune to spend many hours with Andy, when we were both back in New Jersey, in the law enforcement community. We had many laughs, shot side by side, and enjoyed memorable moments. A great guy, a fierce competitor, bright, energetic, and it was just pleasure to be around him. I play volleyball with kierson. I would take to practice and Mr.Andrew would take home.Every time when I’d take off my socks. Mr.Andrew would start smiling and laughing telling me how bad my feet smell. He always made the funniest jokes and would crack the window. I swear they dont smell that bad. But he always made me laugh and smile even when it was a bad practice.
Thinking back to the first time we met it was a mutual friends suggestion. Both at first hesitant unsure etc but we hit it off we met at my home then a few days later I showed up at your house with dunkin donuts for the kids oh so little they were Kiersten was 2 at the time. From that moment on I knew I met a life long friend. Through the years we have shared laughter and tears. Sorrow and Joy. Every conversation ended with I love you and we both meant it. I left florida to move to PA and you drove to 50 and 50 to say good bye before I left then everytime I came to Florida we got together the phone calls the messages in between I will cherish these and many other memories I have with you forever. You will always be in my heart Andy So for now I will say I love you Kiddo Rest easy and Fly high my dear friend.
Andy and I became fast friends as colleagues in the criminal justice arena. His presence in my life will be sorely missed, as he is truly “one of a kind.” It was obvious Andy took pride in everything he did, from the way his office was tastefully arranged and decorated to his professional work product. However, first and foremost, Andy was a family man, which is evident by his love and support for his wife and children. Andy always had a story to tell and he made me feel like part of his family, just hearing of his love and dedication to them daily. Andy would also go out of his way to assist anyone, even if they weren’t family. If one has Andy on his side, one can overcome any obstacle, I could go on and on and these few words cannot even begin ro describe this man with the heart of a lion. Andy, I love you buddy, and my deepest sympathies are with all of those impacted by your untimely passing, especially your dear family. Rest in peace my friend and I will forever salute you!
