William Antony “Tony” Surber, 65, of Floral City passed away on March 5, 2023. He was born August 21, 1957 in St Petersburg, Florida to John L. Surber and Mable (Betencourt).
William is preceded in death by his father, John L. Surber, sister Shelia, and brother David.
He is survived by his mother Mable Pinkston; girlfriend Dawn; children Sara Lovett and (spouse Chris) Joseph Massingill, and Stacey Cardozo; grandchildren Travis and Joslyn Lovett, Amya, Mariah, and Zayvion Cardozo.
