William Delahanty's Obituary
DELAHANTY, William 77, of Spring Hill, passed away November 13, 2019.
William was born in Passaic, New Jersey to Charles and Christine Delahanty.
Throughout his life, William wore many hats. He was a proud soldier in the US Army National Guard and served during the Jersey Shore riots in the 1970's, operated a gas station in Passaic during the gas rations, worked as a private detective in Clifton, NJ, was a police officer, worked with the NJ State Prosecutor's office serving child support warrants, and was a doting pet parent to several animals.
He was a wonderful husband, father, and friend who will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
William is survived by his loving wife, Andrea, and their family.
A gathering will be held on Saturday, November 23rd from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by a celebration of life at 10:30 am at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
