So sorry for your loss to the family. Wayne and I are cousins but haven’t seen or talked to him since high school as Vietnam was happening and we went in our separate services. As kids at the family reunions we always had a great time running and ripping. Will never forget those days Wayne and will see you again in Valhalla. Until then rest easy my friend.

Walter and I were saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. We certainly have fond memories of MS training rides, MS rides, X-biking classes, and the MS garage parties. We enjoyed your friendship and getting to know both of you. We will never forget him and we are blessed to have known him.
Wayne and I worked together in Alaska and continued our friendship through the years. 200 of my brewery customers carry a challenge coin he made for us. A lasting memory. Peace be with you my friend! DH
Will miss you my good friend, comrade and brother. Jim 'Buzz' Laverick
Wayne and I worked together as Special Agents in Las Vegas. His nick name was "RED DOG" and his initial assignment was on the technical/surveillance squad. We worked seven days a week,12 hours a day for thirteen straight months, no time off. Never once did I ever hear him complain. Our mission was to build a case against Organize Crime and their ownership of Las Vegas Casinos. Wayne's famous words when given a task were "CAN DO". Without his leadership, knowledge, and Esprit de Corps the FBI would not have accomplished their mission. Rest in Peace my friend. Emmett Michaels
I was heartbroken to hear of Wayne’s passing. It was a joy to work with him when I was helping him with his computer. My thoughts and prayers go out to Barbara and hope you find peace in your happy memories of Wayne.
On behalf of FBI San Francisco, our sincerest sympathies go out to Wayne's loved ones. We had the great pleasure to work with Wayne over the last many years purchasing items for our store. He will truly be missed.

Wayne was a great man, FBI Agent, fellow classmate of NAC #9, 11/23/70 and roommate for several months in training. He will be missed. Prayers to his family. I will try to post a photograph of us together in downtown Washington DC while we were in training.
I'm so sorry to hear about Wayne's passing. I never met him in person but talked to him many times over the years as we worked on designs for FBI merchandise. He was always such a big help and very creative and patient with me and my crude designs and lack of knowledge when it came to ordering. He will be missed. Prayers for his family.
