Walter Edward Reutter's Obituary
Walter Edward Reutter, 91, of Port Richey passed away November 27, 2018 at Marliere Hospice Care Center. A native of Jersey City, NJ, Walter came to the area 35 years ago. He was Catholic and served in the US Navy during W.W. II. He later became a teacher and principal for the New Jersey School Board. During this time Walter continued to serve in the Naval Reserves and after retiring from the School Board he took a Navy Officers Commission in Washington D.C. making his total Naval service 42 years. Mr. Reutter was a Mason and Shriner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie and son, Michael P. Reutter. Survivors include his son, Walter M. and wife Beverly; daughter, Kathleen; granddaughter, Kimberly; longtime companion, Nancy. Private services will be held at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, FL
