Walter Conway Miller's Obituary
Walter Conway Miller, 87, of Hudson, FL went to be with the Lord May 5, 2018. A native of North Carolina but spent his younger years in Kingsport, TN, and later coming to the area in 1981 from Louisville, KY. Mr. Miller served in the US Army from 1948 till 1968. He retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class- Sr. Flight Engineer, serving in the Vietnam Conflict where he received the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Clusters and Presidential Unit Citation. After retiring he became a Service Representative for PACO Corp. Memberships include The First Baptist Church of Spring Hill. Walter was preceded in death by his wife Helen Louise Miller. Survivors include his children; Ruth Ann Smith, Sandra Denise Reese and husband Ed, and Donald Ray Miller and wife Marsha; brother, Earl Miller and wife Nell; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday 10:00 AM at The First Baptist Church of Spring Hill, 7279 Pinehurst Dr Spring Hill, Florida. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 PM.
