Virgil E. Hall's Obituary
Virgil E. Hall, 82, passed away on August 12, 2011, in Port Richey, Florida. Virgil retired from the United States Air Force having served 23 years of service for his country. He was a maintence supervisor for aircrafts. He serviced in the Korean War, Vietnam, and Cold War and received the bronze star for his bravery in combat. Virgil was a Mason, loved playing golf and spending time with his family.He is survived by his sons, Virgil (June) Hall, Sanford, North Carolina and Brian (Karen) Hall of New Port Richey, Florida; daughters, Diane O'Conner, Liberty, Missouri, Debra (Stephen) Thomas, Montmorenci, South Carolina and Donna (Kendal) Shaw of Wesley Chapel, Florida; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Phyllis Hess, New Port Richey, Florida and Arlene Szekeres, Coco Beach, Florida. Virgil is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Iris Hall.A celebration of life for Virgil will be on Wednesday, August, 17, 2011, at 3:00pm at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3pm-5pm and 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, August 16th, 2011, at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.Arrangements under the direction of Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, Hudson, FL.
