Valerie Marie Zurich's Obituary
Valerie Marie Zurich of Hernando Beach passed away on December 29, 2025. A native of Huntington, New York, Valerie made Florida her home for many years, where she built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Born to Emil and Jean Latow, Valerie was known for her deep devotion to family and friends. She had a passion for traveling and delighted in exploring new places. At home, she enjoyed relaxing with her favorite daytime soap operas, especially The Young and the Restless, which brought her joy for decades.
Valerie is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Leland; her brother, Ronald; her sister, Diana; and several nieces and nephews who will forever hold her in their hearts.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Grace Memorial Gardens, with burial to follow.
Valerie’s warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
