Phoebe was not only our neighbor for 30 years...she was family. She babysat, enjoyed holidays and watching the kids open their presents on Christmas morning. It has been difficult coming to the realization that she will not be popping over any more, hard to look over to her place and not see her. She and Bill shared so many happy moments in our lives and they will forever be in our hearts.
Phoebe was a wonderful person and well liked by everyone. We became very good friends at the fish fry and senior center.She always wanted a big hug when I would see her. She will be missed by all of us. RIP
