Shirley Ann Strickland, 73, of New Port Richey, FL passed away Sept. 18, 2017. A native of W. VA she was a long time resident of the area. She was a florist and a Baptist. Survivors include her son, Bobby; daughter, Cheryl; 2 brothers, John and Jack; sister, Janice; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
