Ruth L. Ratcliffe, 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away peacefully on Thursday April 4th, 2019. Ruth was born in Pennsylvania to Thomas and Ruth Alma McGrew on April 13th, 1947. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for many years. She was a Christian by Faith. She will be missed by all who knew her.
