Ruby "Helen" Siganoc's Obituary
Ruby "Helen" Siganoc, 86, of Port Richey, FL passed away November 28, 2016 while under the care of HPH Hospice. A native of Moss, TN she has been in the area since 1975 coming from Smithtown, LI, NY. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. Helen spent her time baking, doing crafts and sewing. She also volunteered with Sertoma. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Joe, and is survived by her daughter Phyllis Moffatt. Cremation services under the direction of Grace Memorial.
