Robert Cecil Wines' Obituary
Robert Cecil Wines, 68, of Brooksville, FL passed away October 8, 2016. A native of Garden City, MI he was a long time resident of the area. He was a retired mechanic and a US Army veteran serving four tours of duty in Vietnam. He is survived by his daughter, Nichole Wines; 2 brothers David and Roger Wines; sister, Mary Scarborough. Interment services will be announced at a later date for Florida National Cemetery where Military Honors will be conducted.
