Robert Charles Weatherbee's Obituary
Robert C Weatherbee, 79 of Hudson, FL, passed away on April 9th surrounded by his family. He is survived by his partner in life's journey and best friend, Mary Weatherbee. Also, his children who he cherishes, Patricia Weatherbee and her partner Tom Dietrich. Michael Weatherbee and his wife Lindsay Weatherbee. Grandchildren Mariah Hyde and Mackenzie Weatherbee. Great grandson’s Braylon Hyde and Jeremiah Issac. Sister, Beatrice Randell, Sister in law Marilyn Weatherbee, Francis and Carol Mahoney, Irene and Lou Zaffers, Jim Mullen, Michael Mahoney, Barbara Mahoney and her partner Ken, Ann and Colin Kent. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews as well as countless friends and devoted pal Shadow.
Robert was predeceased by his brothers Bill and Don Weatherbee, sisters Dorothy Irwin and Louise Smith, and sisters in law Patricia Mullen and Peggy Graham. Bob’s passions were his family, his affiliation with the Carpenters Union and his love for golf. Bob and Mary spent many years enjoying their family and friends at Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. and Heritage Pines Country Club. He was proud to be a member of the Masons, and also the Wilmington/Tewksbury Elks club. Bob will be sadly missed for his guidance, his smile and of course his Boston humor.
Services will be held at Grace Memorial Gardens, 16931 US Highway 19, Hudson Fl. 34667, on April 29th from12:00pm – 2:00pm. A “Celebration of Life” will be held immediately following the service at Heritage Pines Country Club from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Plans for a 2nd “Celebration of Life” will be announced for early May in Wilmington Ma. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's honor can be made to Gulfside Hospice, 6630 Kentucky Ave, New Port Richey, Fl 34653.
