Robert James Cote's Obituary
COTE, Robert James 69, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on October 10, 2019.
Robert was born and raised in Connecticut where he worked for Glass Containers in Dayville, CT and later International Paper in Putnam, CT. He was a proud US Navy Veteran. Robert married the love of his life, Jacqueline, in 1976, shortly after he was honorably discharged from his military service. Robert and Jacqueline moved from their home in Dayville, CT to Spring Hill, Florida in 2013 to enjoy the beautiful weather. He took full advantage of the Florida lifestyle. He enjoyed golfing and bowling, dancing, singing, and playing the harmonica.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Florence and Henry Cote, and brother Greg Cote. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Cote, daughter Jamie Cote, grandchildren Cameron and Julian, many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law as well as several nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 am on Friday, October 18th at St. Theresa Catholic Church followed by inurnment at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, Florida.
