Robert L. Ankers' Obituary
Robert L Ankers 58, of Spring Hill passed away Monday October 26th at Hospice House in Spring Hill. He is survived by his loving mother, Sally Ankers, son Tony (Jennifer), daughter Ashley, and three grandchildren: Colten, Shelby, and Dominic, Donna Humphrey, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Born in St. Petersburg, Bob followed his grandfather and father into the Elevator Construction business and was a member of Local 74 in Tampa. After marriage the family moved to Hernando County and he moved into the Elevator Inspection business until retirement. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and will be missed by his family and friends. Family asks for donations to Moffitt Cancer Center in lieu of flowers. Memorial services will be on November 7th at the church at 11:00 am.
