Mr. Richard Lee Robbins, 75, of New Port Richey passed away July 3, 2021. He was born October 9, 1945 to Thomas and Mary Robbins in Oildale, California. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rita. He is survived by his children Mike, Thomas, and Tammy; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Cremation Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida.
