Richard Jackson Phillips' Obituary
Richard Jackson Phillips, 77, of Inverness, FL passed away May 4 2017 while under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. A native of Danville, KY he came to the area in 2005 from New Port Richey, FL. Richard was a retired security guard and volunteered his time to the Citizens on Patrol with the Sherriff’s office. He was an avid collector of a variety of items. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Vicki Phillips. Survivors include his son, Guy; 3 daughters Methaney, Kimberly and Terri; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
