Phyllis E. Ruffin, 86, of Spring Hill, Fl. Passed away April, 6 2018. While under the care of HPH Hospice. A Native of Manhattan, New York she retired from the District Attorney's Office was a long time resident of the area. Private cremation services held under the direction of Grace Memorial Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
