Philip W. Lakin's Obituary
Philip W. Lakin, 81, of Spring Hill, FL passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 29th, 2017. Philip was born in Somerville, Massachusetts to Walter and Mabel Lakin on July 4th, 1936. He was employed in the Refrigeration A/C field as a Mechanic for many years. Philip served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a member of the DAV. He was a Catholic by Faith. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Carol, son, Philip Jr. with daughter-in-law, Alison, daughter, Shirley, brothers, Richard and Daniel, sisters, Joyce and Judy, 1 grandson, Philip III, and those who will miss him.
Visitation will be held on Sunday September 3rd, 2017 at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, 16931 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Hudson, FL, 34667, 727-863-5471 from 12:00pm-2:00pm. A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday September 3rd at 2:00PM at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, and Fl.
