Philip Edward Franz, Sr. of Spring Hill, FL passed away February 18, 2021. A native of Philadelphia, PA he came to the area in 1981. Philip was a retired appliance salesman and Christian by faith. Memberships include Hope Lutheran Church and a part of the Kairos Prison Ministry, as well as the Aripeka Elks Lodge.
Survivors include his 2 sons, Philip, Jr. and Myer; 4 daughters, Donna, Karen, Marjorie and Debra; sister, Elsie; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great-grandchild.
