Paul William Sage's Obituary
Paul Sage, 58, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2026, at James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital. Paul was born on August 2nd, 1967, in Panama City, FL. He was a devoted husband and the proud father of four sons.
Paul was known for his love of life and curiosity about the world. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially to go camping. With his legendary dance moves, he never missed a chance to make the people around him smile. Incredibly intelligent, he was also known for his endless supply of knowledge — always ready with an unexpected fact that made for memorable conversations.
Paul served his country for 30 years as a dedicated Petty Officer First Class (PO1) in the United States Navy. His service began in 1986, and he retired honorably in 2016.
The impact Paul had on those around him cannot be measured or simply summarized. His calm demeanor made him easy to talk to and a comfort to many. His willingness to learn and embrace the unknown inspired others to do the same. Most notable was his faith in God and his remarkable pursuit of understanding the origins of everything.
Paul Sage is survived by his loving wife, Kristin Sage; their four sons, Jake, Dominic, Bryce, and Michael; his sister, Pauline Sage; and his brother, Russell Sage.
Paul’s legacy will never be forgotten, and the memories he created will be cherished by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
