Patricia Ann Wilkes, 71, of Port Richey, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at her residence.
She was born March 6, 1954, in Ironton, Ohio the daughter of the late Jesse Doyle Hayes and Margaret Hope Smith Hayes.
Patricia was the loving mother of her sons: Joseph Wilkes and David Michael Flanagan; her daughter: Anastacia Kelly; her four grandchildren: Scarlett Kelley, Kieran Kelley, Fiona Kelley and Lucas Flanagan; her very good friend: Evelyn Torres; her sister-in-law: Lisa Flanagan and her niece: Jessica Blythe.
