We are thankful to Monte and his wife Jane for helping us buy our first house in 1976. They were the only home builder to accept VA home loans in this area. He was always helpful and a good friend to the family. We are sorry for you loss. Love Jim & Nancy Straussner
While visiting my daughter in Florida over the past two years, I was able to reconnect with my cousin Monte and his lovely wife Jane.. thankful that we were able to visit and share McCord memories... prayers of comfort for Jane ,Kim, Stacey and the entire family.

My sincere condolences to the Ford Family. I first met Monte and Jane in 1975. I purchased his second home, living next door to his wonderful parents. Over the years we had many positive conversations. My thoughts are with you all.

Monte and Jane came to my father, Verlen's, memorial service in 1974. He looked so much like Verlen everyone was startled.
I will remember Monte with tremendous respect and humility. He was larger than life and a beautiful person. I met Kim when we were attending college at PHCC in 1978 and have treasured her friendship ever since. I know your Dad will always be in your hearts just like my Daddy us in mine. Hi ha and prayers to all. May his memory he Eternal.

Thanks to Monte and his quality home building business and staff, we are living in the most beautifully constructed home in Spring Hill.
