Misael Morales' Obituary
Misael Morales, 62, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on November 21, 2025. Born on November 17, 1963, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Misael was the beloved son of the late Edwin Morales, Sr. and Aida Sanchez.
Misael was a true family man whose warmth and humor touched everyone he met. His laughter was contagious, and his ability to bring joy to others was one of his greatest gifts. He had a deep love for music and was a talented percussionist, playing both the drums and congas. Salsa music was his passion, and its rhythm was the soundtrack of his life. Beyond music, Misael enjoyed fishing and playing pool, hobbies that reflected his easygoing nature and love for good company.
He was preceded in death by his son, Misael Morales, Jr. Misael leaves behind his devoted wife of forty-one years, Jacquelyn Donwald Morales; his children, Jennifer Morales (William Quinones), Milton Morales (Lashanda Linquist), Jesenia Morales, and Marc Anthony Morales (Corie); and his cherished grandchildren, Jahlia, Jaquiro, Jadeya, William IV, Amalia, Milton Jr., Jayden, Isabella, and Aquiro. He is also survived by his siblings: Edwin Morales, Jr. (Yolanda), Gloria Sanchez (Maldo), Doris Morales (Jesse), Emanuel Morales (Marilyn), Benjamin Morales (Jessica), and Marcos Morales (Anna); along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Misael’s life on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Grace Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place immediately after in Grace Memorial Gardens.
Misael’s legacy of love, laughter, and music will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
