I don't have a specific memory right at the moment, but I do remember that everyone would be SO excited when "Millie" was going to be at a family reunion. It felt, to me at that young age, as if her presence made everyone more relaxed and happier - and somewhat like a beloved movie star or royalty was coming! Aunt Florence, especially, always seemed to be so happy when "Millie" was in the plans.
