Michael Ralph Ugarte, 76, of Spring Hill, FL passed away June 16, 2017 at home peacefully with his loving family. A native of Bronx NY he came to the area 20 years ago from Long Island, NY where he was a medical programmer. He was a member of St Theresa Catholic Church and enjoyed HAM radios and doing music publication. Survivors include his wife Gail; son, Michael; daughter Sandra; 2 grandchildren, Sofia and Nicholas. Grace Memorial Funeral Home in charge of cremation arrangements.
