Merle A Monteforte's Obituary
Merle A. Monteforte, 78, of Spring Hill, FL passed away January 9, 2017 at home while under the care of her loving family. A native of Brooklyn, NY she came to the area in 1991 from Rosedale, NY after retiring as a medical assistant. Merle was of the Lutheran faith and loved to work, after coming to Florida she still was employed till the age of 75. She loved taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren. Other pastime include coin and doll collecting and reading and crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfonso. Survivors include 2 daughters, Sandee Graham and husband George, and Diana Aurelio and husband Jerry, Jr.; 5 grandchildren, Dominick, Amy, Ashley, Tyler, and Allison; and a great-grandchild due in April. Graveside services will be held Friday 10am at Grace Memorial Gardens.
