Marian Crowe's Obituary
Marian Rose Crowe, 94, of Holiday, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2026, under the compassionate care of Gulfside Hospice. Born on November 20, 1931, Marian lived a long, colorful, and spirited life defined by resilience, humor, and a personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Marian had a unique love for giraffes—collecting everything from photos to figurines—and her home was filled with reminders of the gentle giants she adored. She had a remarkable gift for taming even the wildest of feral cats, turning them into devoted companions. Outspoken by nature, Marian was known for offering advice whether you asked for it or not, always with the intention of helping others. She was frugal but fair, and her meticulous record‑keeping was unmatched.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ina Weisling; her loving husband, Junios Crowe; her beloved granddaughter, Tiffiny McVay and son-in-law Donnie McVay.
Marian is survived by her children, Paulette McVay and Tracy Crowe (Olga); her grandchildren, Krisandra Hensley (Brion), Travis Crowe (Robin), Megan Biber (Nik), and Justin Crowe; her great‑grandchildren, Grant Cardwell, William Mitchell, Logan Mitchell, Johnathon Crowe, Chloe Schroder‑Lambert, and Dutton Biber; and her great‑great‑grandchildren, Iyla, Alaina, and Alden.
Marian will be remembered for her big personality, her honesty, her compassion for animals, and the love she shared with her family across multiple generations. Her legacy lives on in the stories, laughter, and lessons she leaves behind.
