Aunt Mary was like a second mother growing up. I was fortunate to spend a few summers with the DiMonda's and had a fantastic time; enjoying her hospitality, cooking, kindness and basically being a part of her family. My Auny Mary and Uncle Patsy were my Godparents and treated me as a son. I will be forever grateful in having the pleasure to spend so much quality time with them. Their work ethic was very intense, operating multiple bakeries while always finding time for family adventures. I am so blessed to have been a part of my Aunt Mary' life from horse racing , boating, water skiing, fishing, claming and of course your cooking.
