OMG, I don’t know where to start. Margo and I have worked together since 1976 at Bergen Pines County Hospital. So many people got us mixed up and would call her Maria and call me Margo. Margo last days were spent in a long care term facility, one day I walked in and the nurse told me “what are you ding out of bed, where did you get those clothes,” of course I had to laugh. This happened all of our lives❤️❤️Going to miss you.
Brother Joe remembers when they were young she would take him to the movies but was not allowed to sit with her and her friends. Also when she first was married she had a white soda and Joe could not sit on it. Joe's wife Susan remembers her teaching me how to make teddy bears . She wad a beautiful soul and always looked fantastic!! We will miss her dearly.
We have so many great memories of our friend Margo that we barely know where to start! She is the pickiest eater we have ever known! Her preferred menu is simple…hamburgers, pizza and turkey sandwiches. There were exceptions but rare ones. When we tried to get her to experience new foods her response was always” no thanks, my mother never made that”! Margo was the “great coordinator” for all the events our group would enjoy…like Jacob Hunter events at Cody’s or entertainment at the Spartan manor, Stage West or a nice restaurant. If it were not for Margo we would not have met many people we now count as friends. Most of all she was so very nice and giving. I could count on one hand the times she came to our house and didn’t bring us a gift she either made or bought for us. Our lives are better for having known her and her memory will keep it that way. RIP MARGO!
