Margaret E. Bianca, 88, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015. She was born in Durham, N. Carolina to Joseph Briggs and Mabel Hicks. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Private services will be at a later date.
