Manuel J. Teixeira, age 73 of Port Richey, FL. passed away Tuesday July 2, 2024 at HCA Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL. He was born in Brava, Cape Verde, settled in Massachusetts for many years, and had been living in Florida for about 8 years. He was a high rise sky scraper window washer in Boston, MA. He was a handyman who loved building things. He served in the army in Cabo Verde and traveled all over the world. He was an avid music lover and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his wife Maria, sons Fernando, Joao Teixeira, daughters Marina Teixeira, Amarilia Groen, Sandy Fisher, Jennifer Teixeira, Monica Teixeira Thomas, brothers John Teixeira, Domingos Teixeira, sisters Clarinda Gonsalves, Rosa Teixeira, Maria Teixeira, Arminda Variella, Anna Teixeira, Eugenia Teixeira, 23 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, lots of nieces and nephews. He has joined his mother Marina, father Joao and older brother Jose.
