Linda N Thompson's Obituary
Linda N Thompson, 77, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away at 8:49 pm Friday, March 28, 2025, at Solaris Health Care Bayonet Point, Hudson, Florida.
She was born November 5, 1947, in Auburn, New York the daughter of the late Salvatore Asaro and Giovannina Romano Asaro. As a youth Linda spent years learning and eventually teaching dance. A loving wife of 57 years, mother, and cancer survivor in her early 20’s, Linda worked in and outside the home in human services. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 51 years. Attending the Kingdom Hall in Auburn, New York and the Kingdom Hall in South Spring Hill, Florida. Linda loved to make italian cookies as a small business and for those she loved. She touched many with her homemade diaper cakes and beautiful crochet gifts. Linda was passionate about her small dogs that she rescued and loved throughout her life.
Linda is survived by her husband: Jerry Thompson; her daughters: Audrey Jane (Mark) Stott, Jacqueline Lee (Stanley Poole - deceased) Thompson , Jessica Ann (Durand) Chandler, Amanda Sue (Jacob) Mackessy; her brothers: Dominick Richard (June) Asaro, Tomas Phillip (Susan) Asaro - deceased; her eleven grandchildren: Andrew Mark Stott, Matthew Richard Stott, Alyssa Loren Stott, Mikayla Erin Sterling, Jaden Durand Chandler, Devan Jacob Chandler, Hailie Anna Chandler, Charlotte Rose Mackessy, Louis Jacob Mackessy, Silas Joshua Mackessy, Willow Jessica Mackessy; and her six great-grandchildren.
