Laura Zambanini Semer's Obituary
Laura Zambanini Semer, 53, of Hudson, FL passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 22nd, 2015. Laura was born in West Islip, New York to Daniel and Mary Zambanini on January 5th, 1962. Laura worked on Wall Street in the Bond department right out of High School. Later she worked at Shearson Lehman Brothers in Hewlet, NY where she met Michael Semer. Laura and Michael opened up an ice cream Store for many years in the north fork of LI, NY called Luv's.
Laura and Michael then moved to Florida 20 years ago where she was employed as an Advocate for the State of Florida for children with disabilities for many years. She was a Catholic by Faith and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Survivors include her loving husband, Michael, son, Jonathan, daughter, Iris, mother, Mary Zambanini, sisters, Carmela and Mary Jean.
A Memorial Mass Service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday August 4th, 2015 at St. Michael Catholic Church. (727)868-5276.
