Kenneth A. Barnes' Obituary
Kenneth A. Barnes, 68, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Crystal River Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Cheryl Barnes. They shared 36 wonderful years of marriage together.
Born in Utica, New York, Kenny was the son of Carolyn Barnes and the late Carl Barnes.
Kenny will be remembered for his love of sports especially basketball, officiating as a basketball referee in Connecticut as well as Florida.
Kenny is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Barnes; his two sons, Jeffry Barnes (Amanda) and Kevin Barnes (Brittany); three grandchildren: Jaxon Barnes, Ariana Barnes, and Emerson Barnes; his mother, Carolyn Barnes; his brother, Carl Barnes: and his sister, Barbara Beaupre (David).
Memorial donations may be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (theaftd.org).
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
