Karen Gross' Obituary
Karen (Kahle) Gross of Hudson Florida died peacefully on August 9, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lima, Ohio on December 6, 1953 to Herman and Imogene Kahle. She is survived by her loving husband Jeffrey, her sons Jonathan (Grasiela), and Benjamin and granddaughter Sophia and Emilia, siblings Charles (Davia) Kahle, Janice (Dennis) Metzger, Nancy Englehart, Marilyn (Steve) Baxter and many nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Robert, Steven and Timothy. Karen graduated from Miami Valley Hospital school of nursing in 1975 and worked as a RN for 40 years. Most of those years were within the Kettering health network in Kettering Ohio. She met worked with and befriended and cared for so many people over the years as a nurse and was very proud of the work she did. She graduated from The University of Dayton in 1984 in from Grand Canyon University in 2009. Karen was devoted to her family as she
was so very proud of their many accomplishments and achievements. She treasured her time with family and celebrated the many events and trips she was fortunate enough to share with them. She was former member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Spring Hill Florida where she was a Eucharist minister. She was a current member of Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Springhill Florida where she was a member of the Council of Catholic women. There will be a private service for immediate family.
