Justine Theresa Bowers, 23 months, of Port Richey, FL passed away on Sunday March 11th, 2018. Justine was born in Clearwater, Florida to Justin and Jamie Bowers on April 11th, 2016. She was a “Tomboy” at heart and enjoyed playing with her family. Survivors include her loving family, parents, Justin and Jamie, sisters, Jade, Joslynn and Jolie, paternal grandparents, Tom and Michelle, maternal grandparents, Alice and James.
