Justin worked for our company, Hernando Roof Cleaning and Coatings Inc. for almost four years, and in that time he became so much more than an employee—he became family. As one of our lead roof cleaners, he was easily one of the hardest workers we have ever had. The owner affectionately nicknamed him “Greaseball,” because Justin was always the one covered in dirt or grease from fixing a machine or crawling under a truck to change the oil. He was incredibly smart, mechanically gifted, and had such a bright future ahead of him.
But what we will remember most about Justin is his kind and gentle nature. He was tender-hearted, patient, and we can’t recall a single moment when he was ever angry or upset. He always had a smile on his face—especially when he talked about his beautiful daughter, Morgan. When he first brought her into our office as a baby, the pride and joy in his eyes was unforgettable. Every time he brought her by, he lit up, excited to show her off. It was clear to everyone who knew him that Morgan was the absolute light of his life, and he loved her more than anything in this world.
Justin, you will be missed by our team every single day. We will always remember your work ethic, your heart, and the amazing person we were all so lucky to know. The world lost someone truly special, and we are all better for having had you in our lives.
