Judith A. McAnally's Obituary
Judith Arlene McAnally, 85, of Hudson, Florida passed away peacefully at her residence on July 12, 2025. She was the widow of George W. McAnally, with whom she shared 61 wonderful years of marriage.
Born on June 19, 1939 in Antioch, California, Judith was the daughter of the late Harlan Griggs and Arlene Abolt. Raised by her mother and stepfather from the age of two, Judith grew up with strong family values and a deep sense of compassion.
Judith built a successful career, rising through the ranks to become Office Manager at Founders Title Company in Half Moon Bay, California. She was also a real estate agent.
She was actively involved in civic life, serving as the first female president at the Chamber of Commerce in Half Moon Bay and volunteering at the Children’s Miracle Network in Sacramento.
She found great joy in her family, especially in raising her son Michael
Judith had a vibrant personality and a wide range of interests, including golf, sewing, and cooking. She loved singing “You Are My Sunshine” and other favorites from the 1940s and 1980s.
Judith will be remembered for her warmth, determination, and the love she shared with her family and community.
She is survived by her son, Michael Kenneth McAnally.
