Mrs. Joyce Obliskey, 76, of Port Richey passed away peacefully at home on June 28, 2021. She was born June 15, 1945 to Daniel and Milli Obliskey in Eagle Lake, Maine. She is survived by her daughter Holly Caffron and her grandson Justin Caffron. Private Interment will take place at Grace Memorial Gardens, Hudson, Florida.
