Joyce “Joy” D. Gibbs, 68, of New Port Richey, Fl. passed away Jan. 20, 2016. Graveside services will be held Friday Feb. 5, 2016 at North/Meadowlawn Memorial Park. Grace Memorial Funeral Home. A Native of Charleston, W.Va she was a long time resident of the area. Joy was a retired retail sales person and a member of First Baptist Church of New Port Richey. She is survived by her husband, Walter; son, Timothy Damewood of Atlanta; step-son, Scott; 2 step-daughters, Keri-Ann and Teresa; brother, Bobby Price; 2 sisters, Brenda Crisp and Judy Miller; 2 grandchildren, Haven and Ty and 2 step-granddaughters, Victoria and Kaylee, 1 step grandson, Blake.
