John A Pappas' Obituary
John A. Pappas, 79, of Henderson, Nevada formerly of Port Richey, Florida passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was born February 10, 1944 in Passaic, New Jersey the son of the late Angelo Pappas and Helen J. Tsigounis Pappas. John served his country by serving in the United States Navy. He was the owner and operator of two restaurants in the Pasco County area for many Years. He then moved to Henderson, Nevada where he drove a limo for the last eleven years.
Survivors include his daughter: Elaine Pappas of Henderson, Nevada; his son: Evans (Nancy) Pappas of Spring Hill, Florida; grandchildren: John Pappas, Chrisoula Pappas, and John Pappas; great-grandchildren: Elyse and Everett; and daughter-in-law: Nina Pappas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am Thursday, June 15, 2023 at St George Greek Orthodox Church in New Port Richey, Florida with burial to follow in Grace Memorial Gardens in Hudson, Florida.
