John P. Frank Jr.'s Obituary
John P. Frank Jr., 74, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, at Marliere Care Center in New Port Richey.
John was the devoted husband of Jeanette Frank, with whom he shared 24 wonderful years of marriage.
Born on October 24, 1951 in New Rochelle, New York, John was the son of Jacqueline Frank (née Amicarelli) and the late John P. Frank Sr.
A passionate and driven professional, John dedicated much of his life to his career. Since 1972, he was the owner of Century 21 Palm Reality of Pasco, Inc., where he proudly served as a real estate broker and owner. Work was not just a profession for John—it was an essential part of who he was. His strong work ethic, dedication, and pride in his accomplishments defined him and earned him the respect of many.
Outside of work, John enjoyed spending time at the casino playing slot machines, a pastime that brought him great joy. He especially loved traveling to Biloxi, Mississippi, where he owned a condo and spent many happy days doing what he loved most—playing the slots and relaxing.
John was known for his generous heart. He would do anything for those he loved and held close. His passion, loyalty, and commitment to both his family and his work will be remembered always by those who knew him. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he shared.
John is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette Frank; his children: James Frank (Kelly), John P. Frank III, Erin Frank, Nicole Frank, Alexandra Frank, and Jeanine Zinno; 14 grandchildren; his mother, Jacqueline Frank; his stepmother, Eva Frank; his siblings: Scott Frank, Raymond Frank, Deborah Kuehnel, and Annie Carleo; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, John P. Frank Sr. and his siblings: Bobby Frank, Michael Frank, and Linda Frank.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marliere Care Center or the Florida Cancer Center.
