John Francis Collins' Obituary
John Francis Collins, 93 of Hudson, Fl. passed away May 2, 2016 while under the care of his loving family and HPH Hospice. Funeral Services will be held Saturday May 7, 2016 1 PM at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, the family will receive friends at 11 AM. A Native of Salineville, Ohio born to John & Elizabeth (Kennedy) Collins, John served in the U.S. Air Force during W.W. II in the European Theater. After his service he came home to Bedford, Ohio and went to work at Ford Motor Company where he retired as a maintenance foreman. Mr. Collins came to the area in 1997 and was an avid Golfer during his retirement years, he was also a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Virginia; 3 daughters: Cathy Kelly, Carol Berg and Lisa Basey; 7 grandchildren, Brian, Jennifer, Alexis, Mallory, Anthony, Samantha and Rachel; 2 great-grandchildren, Emma and Grace; 2 nephews, John and Michael.
