Joann Beverly Schoof's Obituary
Joann Beverly Schoof, 86, of Hudson passed away peacefully on November 17, 2021. She was born on September 7, 1935, to Beverly (“Van”) and Evelyn Vanderbilt in Montclair, New Jersey. She was a loving and devoted mother. She moved to Heritage Pines in 2007, and enjoyed the beach and being near the water. She was a faithful member of Hudson First United Methodist Church. Joann is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald "Bud" Steele, and her second husband, Robert Schoof. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Childs and her husband Jeff; son Glenn Steele and his wife Ronda; grandchildren Alyssa Androes and her husband Mark, Megan Fletcher and her husband Alex, Nathan Childs, and Lindsey Fagan and her husband A.J.; and great-grandchildren Bennett and Abraham.
