Joan E. Barat, 88, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday June 2nd, 2019. Joan was born in New York, New York to Charles and Elizabeth Segar on December 10th, 1930. She was a Christian by Faith. She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Lynne, sons, Scott and Robert, numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew her.
